1. Introduction

Welcome to Lepak7 (hereinafter referred to as "Lepak7", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Lepak7 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of eligible players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Lepak7 and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the Lepak7 platform athttps://lepak7.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Lepak7 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Registration and use of the Lepak7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Lepak7 strictly enforces a21+ minimum age requirement for all casino-style gaming and sports betting activities on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Lepak7 for violations of these Terms or related policies.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of Lepak7 nor a close family member of any such individual.
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources. You confirm that your deposits are not proceeds of unlawful activity of any kind.

4. Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the Lepak7 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Lepak7 operates a strict one-accountper-player policy. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, Lepak7 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account in your name).

Lepak7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any information provided during registration or thereafter is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, Lepak7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice and to void any associated winings.

5. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the Lepak7 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Lepak7 supports a range of payment methods widely used by Malaysian players, including:

• E-wallets: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay;
• Online banking: DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB);
• Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (subject to applicable exchange rates and network fees).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately. In cases of delay, please contact our24/7 support team.

Lepak7 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which Lepak7 accepts no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be refunded.

6. Withdrawals

Lepak7 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Our target processing timeframes are as follows, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes in most cases;
• DuitNow / FPX (bank transfers): 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15 to 60 minutes.

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified in the Player's name. The Platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Lepak7 may delay or refuse a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Where a Player has claimed a bonus, active wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of associated bonus winings. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Lepak7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Lepak7 promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to Players with verified accounts who have met the minimum deposit requirement for the applicable offer.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any winings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Typical rollover multiples range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• A maximum bet limit applies when using active bonus funds. Exceding the maximum bet per round may result in bonus forfeiture. Refer to the specific bonus offer for the applicable cap (typically MYR 25–50 per spin or bet).
• Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute 10%–20% only.
• Bonuses have an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue) within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Lepak7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting across multiple accounts to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lepak7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities;
• Any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or use of privileged information in sports betting;
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks or disputed transactions made in bad faith;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money;
• Any action that compromises the integrity, security, or reputation of the Lepak7 Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lepak7 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of Lepak7 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Lepak7 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lepak7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Lepak7 endeavours to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur with or without advance notice.

Lepak7 accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or third-party payment processor delays. In all cases, the total liability of Lepak7 to any Player shall not exceed the net amount of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling

Lepak7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We strongly advise all Players never to gamble with funds they cannot afford to lose, and never to treat gambling as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders and automatic logout timers.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend or permanently close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net activity.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period without permanent closure.

12. Termination

Lepak7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete KYC verification.

Where an account is closed at the Player's request and there is no outstanding investigation or compliance hold, any available real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Account closure requests made for responsible gambling purposes (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and the account will not be reopened for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Lepak7 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the Lepak7 customer support team.

Lepak7 operates a formal complaint resolution process. Complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the Platform will provide guidance on applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to your use of the Platform shall not be subject to class-action proceedings and shall be resolved on an individual basis only.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Lepak7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Lepak7 will notify Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by communication to the registered email address on file. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Lepak7 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
